In accordance with Regulation 12.2 of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (as amended), Eurobio Scientific UK Limited confirms the following:

Registration & Compliance Scheme

• Eurobio Scientific UK Limited is registered with WEEE Light Ltd, a licensed Producer Compliance Scheme (PCS), under Producer ID WEE/GJ2487SW.
• The company is recognized by the appropriate Environment Agency as a producer of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) for sale within the UK.

Scope – Business-to-Business (B2B)

• This statement applies to all EEE placed on the market by Eurobio Scientific UK Limited that is sold to non- household end users (B2B), including direct customers, distributors, and resellers.

Alternative WEEE Arrangements

• In line with Regulation 12.2, Eurobio Scientific UK Limited operates alternative arrangements for the financing and organization of WEEE collection, treatment, recovery, and environmentally responsible disposal for B2B EEE placed on the market.
• These arrangements are clearly outlined in Eurobio Scientific UK Limited’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which form part of all B2B supply agreements.

Customer Responsibilities

• Where EEE is supplied for B2B use, the business end user (purchaser) is responsible for ensuring that the WEEE derived from such equipment is managed in compliance with applicable environmental legislation.
• The purchaser must arrange, at their cost, for the collection, treatment, recycling, and environmentally responsible disposal of any such WEEE at the end of its life, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Eurobio Scientific UK Limited.

Environmental Commitment

• Eurobio Scientific UK Limited’s WEEE policy prohibits disposal of WEEE to landfill or to non-compliant overseas facilities, and promotes re-use, recycling, and recovery in line with UK environmental standards.
• The company’s compliance methodology reflects its commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
