Product Description

The TECO™ REACH Cyprinid Vitellogenin ELISA Kit is a sensitive sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative determination of vitellogenin in serum, whole body homogenate that is designed to comply with REACH testing requirements

The test is suitable for use with Carp (Caprinus carpio), Goldfish (Carassius auratus), Zebrafish (Danio rerio) and the Fathead Minnow (Pimephales promelas)

This REACH version of the Cyprinid Vitellogenin ELISA Kit has an additional control (Level 3) to enable the calibration curve range to be extended and controlled where required.

The REACH test also contains an Inter-Assay Reference Standard Stock, produced from a different standard to the one used for the test calibration. This version of the test also has a Non-Specific Binding strip, comprising of a strip of 8 wells coated without specific binding antibodies, which is also a requirement for REACH tests
