Product Description
TECHNOVIEW Arixtra Calibrator Set is a set of 5 calibrator plasmas for assaying Arixtra (Fondaparinux sodium) that are titrated and optimised using anti-Xa assays. Measuring Arixtra®* concentration in patient’s plasma allows the anticoagulant therapy to be monitored and the dosage adjusted.
TECHNOVIEW Arixtra Calibration Set is prepared from citrated plasmas containing with known concentrations of Arixtra®* ranging from 0 μg/ml to ~ 2 μg/ml. Current anti-Xa methods that are used for the measurement of heparins and their analogues in plasma give a sensitivity threshold of approximately 0.05 μg/ml
The plasma contains stabilizers, but no preservatives.
